Over the last few years email has become the preferred method of communication in all walks of life. Being able to access email wherever you are at quickly has become the standard versus the exception. In today’s world email can be retrieved many different ways. Email can be retrieved from your PC in your office, across the internet, or even from a mobile device like a PDA or Cell Phone. It is imperative that you have a solution that is scalable.

The following are some of the products that we service and/or install for our customers:

• Exchange 2010/2007:  Many improvements to performance, remote access, and compliance enablement help make Exchange 2010 an attractive option or upgrade for many companies.  Microsoft’s e-mail server software has been the de facto standard for office communication and collaboration for many years and continues to be a strong offering.

• Legacy Exchange (2003, 2000, 5.5, ...)
  Microsoft’s Legacy email servers that are still deployed in many businesses. Support for these products by Microsoft are quickly departing. These products will need to be upgraded in the near future and Maximize Technologies can help you through this transition.


• Google Apps:  For organizations wishing to offer e-mail and collaboration to their associates without the overhead of an in-house server requiring maintenance, backups, etc, Google Apps offers a good alternative.  With large mailbox support, the stability of Google’s data center network, and built-in spam filtering, Google Apps is a viable alternative to Microsoft Exchange in many situations.
